Why get a Residential Review?

Many times in the process of buying or selling a home there may be some concern about the residence's structural integrity.  These issues can not adequately be addressed by home inspectors.  Structural problems can be very expensive for a homeowner to repair and can cause a Real Estate transaction to fall through.  Many symptoms are minor in scope and do not necessarily constitute a serious problem.  A good structural review can also reveal other issues that the homeowner can address to avoid costly repairs or maintenance problems.
